“Fourth, it can exist stably and operate normally.
“Fifth, it can guide some people to become kind and help some people realize their wishes.
“Sixth, the type and strength of power is determined by each person’s characteristics and wishes.
"Seventh, the characteristics change. The type and strength of the power change. The power is strengthened and transferred when the wish is fulfilled."
