Chapter 104 Civilization Records
The memory crystal looks like it has been recently modified with some additions.
The author was quite famous among the dragons, and even Fari had heard of him.
"The oldest dragon."
This is his title. He is the oldest existing dragon. He is the only council member who does not have a nest on Dragon Island. He is too big, and it is not easy to find a place for his huge body to build a nest on Dragon Island.
But he didn't care. Rather than dealing with dragon-related matters on Dragon Island, he preferred to observe the ups and downs of those races on the mainland and record these things.
Fari continued to explore the contents stored in the memory crystal, and soon he saw some images.
They were images of humans, a male and female, at different stages of life, from newborn babies to old age and death.
"Human civilization, a single-race civilization, with humans as the main body, and two genders. The height of adults ranges from 1.4 to 2 meters. Very few individuals can grow to more than 2 meters, but no individuals taller than 2.4 meters have been found so far. Current status, civilization is in the ascendant stage."
The memory crystal provides a detailed introduction to the human race, including its physiological structure, simple social relationships, and the effects on individuals after mixing with other races.
Then came the civilization form. Hundreds of kingdoms together made up the current civilization of mankind. The three churches were independent of these kingdoms, playing the role of communication and bridge, allowing human civilization to be barely held together. There were occasional frictions and conflicts between the kingdoms, and they would eventually seek mediation from the church, but at the same time, the rulers of these kingdoms were afraid that the church would affect their power, and they were trying their best to suppress the church's actions in the kingdom.
The crystal depicts every aspect of human civilization in great detail, and even mentions some secrets within the courts of several kingdoms. Apparently, the dragon transformed into a human form, infiltrated the courts of these kingdoms, and was promoted all the way to core positions in those kingdoms.
"The Undead Civilization is made up of various Undead creatures and the living who serve as their servants. The main races are the Vampires and the Death Knights, who are responsible for internal affairs and the military respectively. Other Undead mostly exist as soldiers and laborers, while the living have an even lower status, mainly being slaves and materials for making Undead."
The following is a detailed description of the various dead spirits, how they evolved, replaced the previous generation of civilization, and finally died out. At the end, there was only one line of text: "Current situation, about to die out completely, and there are very few who are trying to revive civilization."
The contents of the memory crystal are still a little lagging, and it seems that the undead can still exist for a long time.
Fari explored quickly downwards. He was not very interested in the civilization of the undead. Fari just randomly imprinted these things into his brain.
There were a large number of records of civilizations later on, some of which were formed by races that he had more or less heard of, such as Titans and elves, but more of them were races he had never heard of at all, such as terrestrial races, terrestrial fish, and so on.
Fari continued to explore downwards. The processes of evolution and decline of these civilizations were different and had great value, but these were not what Fari needed. Just when he thought that this was another waste of time, a familiar name jumped into his eyes.
"Goblin."
Fari concentrated a little more and read the information in the crystal carefully.
"Goblin civilization, a single-race civilization, with goblins as the main race, and two genders..."
Most of the information in the previous part is just about the basic physiological characteristics of goblins, and there is nothing special to note until the various mutants arouse the author's interest. He captured some goblins and began further research.
What follows next is a little strange.
"Even those ordinary goblins that don't show any mutation characteristics have very mixed bloodlines. Most of these bloodlines are incompatible and have been in slight conflict. This may be the reason why goblins have a short lifespan..."
The ancient dragon's observation methods were much more radical than at other times, and he conducted anatomical research on the goblins.
"Goblins are not a naturally evolved species. They are something created by the mixing of multiple bloodlines. They don't even have a base that can be called goblin bloodline."
In the information stored in the memory crystal, Fary could sense the author's confusion. I have separated a lot of bloodlines, some of which are known, such as Titans, Giants, and Dragons, but there are also some bloodlines that I have never seen before. "
Farrell could sense the author's surprise.
The goblin civilization died out very quickly, and the dragon didn't even have time to conduct more experiments and research. The goblins quickly died and degenerated into the lowest level monsters, which made it difficult to conduct research on the dragon.
In the end he could only end it hastily.
"The current state of civilization, the decline of civilization, the degeneration into low-level monsters."
Originally, the records about goblins should have ended here, just like other extinct civilizations.
But Fari saw an additional piece of information below. It seemed that he had discovered information related to the goblin civilization long after the goblin civilization had disappeared.
"I know what those unknown bloodlines are. They are the bloodlines of civilized races that appeared later. But how could the goblins have these bloodlines before those races appeared?"
There is no more information, it seems that the author still hasn't found the answer.
"It seems that the goblin race is different from other races."
Fary silently memorized this information in his heart. He would need to pay more attention to his servants in the future. Being able to obtain this new information about the goblins, at least the time spent in this crystal was not wasted.
There is not much remaining information in this crystal, but it seems that the goblins are a relatively early civilization.
Having read this far, Fary decided to be a dragon that sees things through to the end and finish reading the contents of this memory crystal.
"Giant winged eyes, mimicry worms..."
The next few civilizations also have their own characteristics, but at the end they all say "Current Status, Complete Extinction."
"The last two."
Fari continued to explore downwards, and then he saw two words.
"Dragon."
There is only one image of a giant dragon in the record, but it was erased by the author later.
"It feels familiar."
This is a kind of erasure based on the information source, leaving only some seemingly plausible memories. Although Farry felt that there was a vague shadow there, when he moved his eyes over, he found that there was nothing there. But it still gave him a sense of familiarity.
"Giant dragon civilization, a single race civilization, two genders..."
The record suddenly breaks off here, and the place where the physiological structure should be described is blank, leaving only some specious echoes.
